Innovative Onboard Attractions

One of the most anticipated features of the Norwegian Aqua is the Aqua Slidecoaster, the world’s first hybrid roller coaster and water slide at sea. This two-person ride uses a magnetic lift system to propel guests through exhilarating twists and turns, providing a unique adrenaline rush on the open ocean.

Luxurious Accommodations

It boasts the largest accommodations in NCL’s fleet, including the introduction of the first-ever Three-Bedroom Duplex Haven Suites. These two-story suites feature separate living and dining areas, expansive balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic ocean views. The Haven complex, NCL’s exclusive ship-within-a-ship concept, has been expanded to include 123 suites, providing guests with a private sanctuary complete with dedicated amenities and services.

Culinary Delights and Entertainment

Guests aboard can indulge in a diverse array of dining options, with new venues and concepts designed to satisfy every palate. From upscale specialty restaurants to casual eateries, the ship offers a culinary journey around the world. Entertainment options are equally impressive, featuring state-of-the-art theaters, live performances, and an innovative “glowing” sports complex that offers activities both day and night.

Inaugural Itineraries

Norwegian Aqua sets sail on her maiden voyage from Southampton on Friday 28 March 2025. Then following her christening ceremony in Miami on April 13, 2025, Norwegian Aqua will embark on a series of seven-night Caribbean sailings from Port Canaveral. These itineraries include stops at tropical destinations such as the Dominican Republic, the British Virgin Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Belize, Mexico, and NCL’s private island in the Bahamas, Great Stirrup Cay. Later in the year, from August through October 2025, the ship will offer five and seven-day cruises to Bermuda departing from New York City.

The launch of Norwegian Aqua represents NCL’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of modern cruising, offering guests more space, innovative attractions, and luxurious accommodations. As the cruise industry continues to evolve, Norwegian Aqua sets a new standard for what travellers can expect when setting sail on the high seas.
